These privacy apply to all four company formation sites operated by Taktek, LLC: lebaneseoffshore.com, lebanesesarl.com, lebanesesal.com and lebaneseholding.com. The text is the same on each. Only the company form being sold differs.
Who holds your information
Taktek, LLC operates this site and holds what you submit. Hobeich Legal holds your legal file separately as a lawyer's file. If you want either deleted, write and say which.
What is collected
What you type: your name, any business name, your address, your email, your phone number, and your answers about what you do, where your clients are and what you invoice. You enter card details on Stripe's checkout. This site never sees or stores them. If you book a call, the time and your name go to Cal.com. Google Analytics records pages viewed, roughly where you are, and what referred you. It truncates your IP address.
Why
To decide whether the structure you asked about is right for you, to form the company if it is, to take payment, to keep records Hobeich Legal must keep, and to see which pages bring people here.
Who it goes to
Hobeich Legal, to do the legal work. Stripe, for the payment. Cal.com, if you book a call. Google, for analytics. The Lebanese registry, the notary, the Ministry of Finance and your bank, where the formation requires it. Nobody else. Nothing is sold to anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own to tell repeat visits from new ones. Blocking them costs you nothing here.
How long it is kept
Hobeich Legal keeps a client file as long as professional rules require. This outlasts the engagement. Taktek, LLC keeps payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months.
What you can ask for
